Effective presentation skills are required for both internal and external audiences, and bringing communication alive through powerful presentation techniques will help the organisation meet its performance targets. 

Our training is based on the idea that presentations are used not merely to communicate information but to influence, persuade or sell to customers, employees, stakeholders or the general public. It is imperative that employees, at all levels, have an ability to present their ideas with clarity, enthusiasm and conviction.

As a result, our programmes are designed to help delegates:

Training style

The training is designed so that it is highly participative, engaging and positive and will focus on making practical improvements to the existing presentation skills of the delegates.

As a result, the sessions will employ a variety of techniques including brainstorms, delegate presentations, group-work and trainer presentations.

In addition, each delegate will be asked to present a short talk which will be captured on video.

Following the playback of the video, individual feedback will be provided so that each delegate can produce a personal action plan designed to make them a more effective presenter.
